Burn Brite has an ongoing commitment to Research & Development (R&D). Burn Brite’s R&D department utilises 3D parametric computer aided design to develop the latest in industrial lighting.
In-house specialist electronic and mechanical engineers design new products for our portable, Hazardous Area and mining markets. Customised products are also developed for individual customers.
Burn Brite also contracts technical leaders in their field including a Power electronics specialist who regularly lectures globally. Such thorough R&D ensures that Burn Brite remains at the cutting edge of technology.
The core criteria for our product design is safety, reliability, built to last quality and innovation. Burn Brite products are designed specifically to last many years in the most arduous of environments.
Products such as our ISPS (Intrinsically Safe Power Supply) provide benefits to the mining industry unmatched by competitors either in Australia or overseas.
Burn Brite products are designed to the highest of quality standards. They are made to withstand the type of difficult conditions that professionals encounter in their work - and 4WDers experience whilst camping.
Only the highest quality materials are used, which is one of the reasons why our customers continue to request Burn Brite by name.
Burn Brite’s Quality Management System is certified to ISO9001:2000. Our certification provides independent assurance to our customers that Burn Brite has management systems in place to ensure consistent quality.
The company philosophy of ‘Built to Last’ clearly defines how Burn Brite products are designed and manufactured. It is the basis of all that Burn Brite does.
The latest proven technology is utilised, the design focus is durability and ease of use, and the sturdiest materials and the most robust of components are sourced.
From concept, through design and then manufacture - Burn Brite lights are ‘Built to Last’.
